2. Submit a Formal Grievance: Complete the Investor Grievance Form available on our website at www.vertotechaerospace.com/grievance-form. Ensure that all fields are filled out accurately to facilitate a thorough review of your grievance.
3. Acknowledge Receipt: Once we receive your grievance, you will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days. This acknowledgment will include a reference number for tracking the status of your grievance.
4. Investigation and Response: Our team will investigate the grievance thoroughly. We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days. During this process, we may reach out for additional information or clarification.
5. Resolution and Feedback: Upon conclusion of the investigation, we will provide a detailed response outlining the findings and the actions taken. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have the right to appeal the decision by contacting our Grievance Redressal Committee at grievanceredressal@vertotechaerospace.com.
